About us

AiOraly helps you stay on top of prevention

AiOraly was created by a dentist who has spent many years focused on oral disease prevention. We gathered and simplified guidance from leading professional associations and public health services (see the full source list under "Medical sources" below) so it is easy to use every day, without special knowledge.

The service helps you understand the important factors, build a clear habit plan, set up daily tasks, and prepare data for a conversation with your dentist.

What it is for

AiOraly turns general prevention rules into simple daily steps: brushing, interdental cleaning, reminders, re-assessment, and tracking the important factors.

What it does

Helps you choose a language, give consent, complete a self-check, see a 0–100 result, get today's tasks, a habit plan, a profile, and a link for your dentist.

Where it works

The main flow today is the phone app plus a Telegram chat for a quick start. Android and iOS get separate install instructions so users always see the right path.

Local protection

The mobile version has a local PIN and careful handling of the device. Regional language settings support RU, EN, and ESP without extra sign-up through external accounts.

Medical sources

The content is based on materials from the ADA, CDC, NIDCR/NIH, NHS, GOV.UK Delivering Better Oral Health, Cochrane Oral Health, SDCEP, and the European Federation of Periodontology.

Important disclaimer

AiOraly provides a self-check and hygiene recommendations. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatment, and does not replace an in-person visit. If you have pain, swelling, bleeding, an injury, or suspect a condition — see a dentist.

Data and privacy

Personal data is processed on secured infrastructure. Requests to the AI assistant are processed without being sent to external services (OpenRouter, OpenAI, etc.).
