AIOral QR handout for patients

Place a QR code at the front desk, in a booking chat, or in a pre-visit handout. The patient opens AIOral on a phone, completes a self-check and visit questionnaire, then creates a time-limited dentist link in the needed language.

Share the link

The patient opens AIOral by URL, QR, Telegram, or a phone icon. An app-store install is not required.

The patient answers

The main questionnaire scores important factors. The visit questionnaire collects details that help the dentist before the appointment.

The dentist gets a report

The link includes a risk score, key factors, red flags, and patient answers. The dentist can choose English, Spanish, or Russian for the report.

Prevention after the visit

AIOral helps the patient keep short daily care steps, see Today/Plan, a habit calendar, and index trends.

Current capability

Medications and medical-history questionnaire before the visit

AIOral collects details a dentist usually asks in the chair: ongoing medications, drugs taken today, allergies, blood pressure, diabetes, bleeding and clotting, infections, pregnancy, psychiatric medications, and a free-text patient note.

The dentist does not get a diagnosis from AIOral. They get a clean structure to review, so they rely less on memory and can spot factors that may affect anesthesia, bleeding, pain control, antibiotics, healing, and how well treatment is tolerated.

Numbers come from the current AIOral visit questionnaire: questions are grouped by topic so the dentist sees reviewable blocks, not a wall of text.

Copy for a handout or patient message

Before your visit, open AIOral, complete a short self-check and the dentist questionnaire. At the end, create a dentist link and show it at the appointment.

The easiest clinic workflow

  1. At the front desk: post a shared AIOral QR and a short line: “Please complete this before your visit.”
  2. In the booking message: send the same link 24–48 hours before the appointment.
  3. At the visit: ask the patient to open “Share with dentist” and show the time-limited report link or QR.

What to print

  • One A5 sheet for reception with a QR to the app.
  • A small waiting-room card: “Self-check + dentist questionnaire.”
  • Separate QR codes for iPhone, Android, and Telegram if a patient needs help installing the app or opening the chat.

Ready QR codes for patients

Place them at the front desk, in a handout, or in a booking chat. Pick the code for the scenario: iPhone, Android, or a fast Telegram bot launch.
