AIOral Terms of Use

1. What AIOral is

AIOral is a free educational oral-health prevention service. It is available through the Telegram bot @aioralru_bot, the public AIOral app, and the AIOral mobile apps.

The service helps you assess key factors, get hygiene recommendations, build a personal habit plan, receive reminders, and prepare information to discuss with your dentist.

2. Non-medical status

AIOral is not a medical device, a medical service, or telemedicine.

• it does not diagnose and does not confirm the presence or absence of any condition;
• it does not prescribe treatment, medicines, dosages, or procedures;
• the Self-check (0–100) is an educational indicator of key factors, not a medical conclusion;
• any recommendations are general, preventive, and hygiene-related;
• only a clinician, at an in-person examination, makes final decisions about diagnosis and treatment.

3. Who may use the service

The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. A person under 18 may use it only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By starting to use the service, you confirm that you are 18 or acting with a guardian's consent, that you provide information voluntarily, and that you understand the service's limitations.

4. What you get

• a questionnaire to assess key factors for caries, gums, and related factors;
• hygiene recommendations and a personal habit plan;
• reminders and educational tips;
• the option to create a temporary share link with a report for your dentist;
• access to an AI care assistant for prevention (processed on the operator's servers).

5. Limitations and liability

AIOral's recommendations are based on your answers and open clinical sources (ADA, CDC, WHO, NHS, and others) and may be incomplete or not applicable to your situation.

See a dentist immediately if you have pain, swelling, bleeding, trauma, a loose tooth, pus, high fever, or other alarming symptoms.

The operator is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AIOral without an in-person examination, or for the consequences of failing to seek care.

6. Your obligations

• provide accurate information in the questionnaire, as far as possible;
• do not use the service for self-treatment or to cancel a clinician's instructions;
• do not attempt to hack, overload, or circumvent the service's limits;
• do not share account access with third parties.

7. Share links for your dentist

A share link contains a report based on your questionnaire, is valid for a limited time, and can be revoked. By creating and sending a link you disclose your own data to the recipient you choose; the process and consent are described in the Personal Data Consent. Do not post links in public chats or social media.

8. Data and privacy

Personal data is processed on servers located in the Russian Federation, without transfer to external LLM services. See the Privacy Policy, the Personal Data Consent, and the Cookie Policy. By using AIOral you agree to these documents.

9. Intellectual property

AIOral's design, texts, logo, self-check algorithms, and other materials are protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products without the rights holder's written permission.

10. Changes and availability

We may update features, texts, and these Terms. The current version is available on this page. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the new version. The service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted access and the applicability of recommendations in every case are not guaranteed.

11. Governing law and contact

The service is operated from the Russian Federation, and these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
