Consent to Process Personal Data

1. Who the consent is given to

To the owner of the AIOral service as the data controller (contact: privacy@aioral.ru, Telegram bot @aioralru_bot). See Section 1 of the Privacy Policy for controller details.

2. What data the consent covers

I consent to the processing of my personal data, namely:

• questionnaire answers about oral-cavity condition, symptoms, habits, and key factors;
• chronic conditions and medicines I choose to enter;
• age and sex (if provided);
• the calculated self-check, self-check level, and habit plan;
• messages to the AI care assistant.

3. Purposes and operations

Purposes: calculating the self-check, building a personal habit plan and hygiene recommendations, reminders, and re-assessment. Operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, retrieval, anonymisation, restriction, and deletion — by automated means.

4. Where and how data is processed

Processing takes place on servers located in the Russian Federation. AI-assistant requests are processed locally on the operator's infrastructure, without transfer to external LLM services (OpenRouter, OpenAI, or other third-party providers).

5. Separate consent to share a report with your dentist (share link)

By creating a share link, I consent to the generated report (self-check, key factors, and related oral-care information) becoming available to the person I send the link to — typically a dentist. I understand that:

• the link is valid for a limited time and can be revoked by me;
• disclosure to the recipient happens on my initiative and under my responsibility;
• I should not post the link in public chats or social media.

Without creating a share link, no data is shared with a dentist.

6. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the processing purposes are met or until it is withdrawn. You can withdraw consent in the app settings, by deleting your account, or by emailing privacy@aioral.ru. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. After withdrawal, processing of this data stops and the data is deleted unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Minors

If the data subject is under 18, this consent is given by their parent or legal guardian.

8. Confirmation

By tapping "I agree" in the app or bot, I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, and that I act freely, of my own will, and in my own interest.
